A visual collaborator, Trent specializes in working with creative teams and companies to produce eye catching visual content. His multi-faceted skills as a cinematographer, director, photographer, and editor have developed over the past 20+ years from a rich world of experiences in film, video, and still photography. An honors graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Photographic Arts & Sciences, Trent migrated west after college, landing his first production experiences on national ad campaigns with Aaron Jones Films; operating motion control camera rigs for visually sophisticated TV spots. Those early foundations lead to visual effects work on music videos with the likes of Faith Hill & Rufus Wainwright; cinematography on broadcast design packages for HBO, History Channel, & TCM; and cinematic collaboration on short films like the 2005 Sundance selection The Raftsman's Razor. As the proliferation of online media took off, so did the shift in embracing new technologies & ways of creating content. And so for much of the past 10 years, his digital skills & visual sensibilities have been sought out and benefitted by clients such as Electrolux, Apple, LG, HomeDepot, and many others.
Often working with project-based teams, he specializes in creating high quality videos & visual stories about products and people. Always happy to collaboratively work as a part of your creative team/production company, or to independently provide full production services (storyboard to edit). It's having a variety of projects that keep things interesting and fresh. |
